First Published Photograph
My picture was used in the table of contents page of the November 2011 issue of Urban Velo! I'm very excited about this.

This is a great play on a classic sculpture by Robert Indiana. I may have to pick one up. Velo Love.

Crispy Leaves - A Fall 2011 Mix
Here in Chicago it seems that fall is in full swing. Classes are about to start and I'm already seeing a little bit of foliage. I even wore a flannel shirt today. With that said, sometimes I'll listen to tunes that reflect the changing weather. Enjoy.

Beach Songs
With summer just around the corner, I'm starting to listen to more summery beach music. Each song would be best enjoyed with toes in sand and a cold drink in hand.
I mean, there is definitely a reason why so many of these tracks have beach photos in the youtube videos.
Eastern Sun - Rapture
Zero 7 - Destiny
Orbital - Halcyon
Gorillaz - Empire Ants
MillionYoung - Easy Now
ATB - Circular Symmetry
Moby - Porcelain
Sugar Ray - Spinning Away (or the original)
311 - Amber
jj - Let Go

I Finally got a Bike!
A Dutch Bike to be precise. A ride from Lincoln Park to Wicker Park is 15 minutes. Chicago is my oyster!

Half Acre Daisy Cutter
I have to say, the one beer that I insist people try whenever I have visitors in Chicago is the Half Acre Daisy Cutter Pale Ale. Half Acre is now the largest independently owned craft beer in the city. 5.2% ABV

Bell's Oberon Ale
After seeing this eye catching bottle in the beer aisle, I decided to give it a try. This beer makes you think of the warmth of summer. If you see it on tap, I definitely recommend it. 5.8% ABV

I Was Running
Well I've decided to sign up for a Half-Marathon in May. My ultimate goal for 2011 is to run in the full Chicago Marathon. Both of these races will happen about 2 years after my first half and full marathon as I ran my first half-marathon in March of 2009 and my first marathon in October 2009.
Here's the course:
